Amenities included: central air and heat, in-unit washer dryer, screened lanai, ceiling fans throughout, community clubhouse with activities, swimming pool, spa, tennis, pickleball, fitness room, pickleball, and shuffleboard. Minimum 3 month rental- annual renter preferred. $1,700 monthly rent, $1,700 security deposit. No smoking allowed. Association rules require at least one tenant be 55+, no one under 18, and no pets allowed. HOA approval, credit and background check required with $250 application fee.
