This peaceful, low-traffic neighborhood is quite walkable with sidewalks and benches throughout. Amenities included: central air and heat, in-unit washer dryer, screened lanai, ceiling fans throughout, community clubhouse with activities, swimming pool, spa, tennis, pickleball, fitness room, pickleball, and shuffleboard. Minimum 3 month rental- annual renter preferred. $1,600 monthly rent, $1,600 security deposit. No smoking allowed. Association rules require at least one tenant be 55+, no one under 18, and no pets allowed. HOA approval, credit and background check required (fee paid by applicant).
