The Evard Place Apartments are 2021-built, 1-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes, each with an attached 1-car garage. All apartments are equipt with stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl flooring, and solar panels. Pets are accepted and welcome! There would only be a $100 non-refundable pet fee that would cover all pets, and a $20 per-pet/per-month fee with a max of 3 pets and no breed restrictions. Includes enough parking for 3 cars in each apartment and additional parking available around the complex. Both rent and deposit are $1500, section 8 vouchers not accepted. 6 month lease available upon request with additional fees.
