Fairview was a nice place to stay while I was in college full time. My boyfriend and I loved the extra space in the Townhome and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Rent is very affordable as well!

Been a resident of Fairview Court Apartments for two years and it has been an awesome experience. The area is quiet; set off in an area where you can enjoy peace from city life. Close to shopping and access to interstate 69. Apartments are roomy, with washer/dryer and each apartment has personal security access to allow entry to building. The property is kept clean. Lawn is maintained. Snow removal. Property Manager, Danacia is amazing! She addresses any issues immediately; effectively and efficiently. The maintenance crew, Josh, AJ, Chris, Kenny, Bub, are awesome. Any issues with the apartments are addressed immediately and completed professionally. Great place.
