*Update 10/16/22. We unexpectedly found and bought a house we liked and so have moved out after 4.5 yrs. We really appreciate how the adjustment to our lease was handled - very fairly. We did pay a one-month “penalty” which we considered fair. We received a prompt return of our security deposit. Highly recommend Redwood. *We have lived here nearly 4 years and are really happy with our apartment. It is very spacious and also very quiet. We seldom hear our neighbors. We enjoy having a pond view so we can watch the ducks. geese, frogs, etc. the grounds are well-kept and the street plowing, driveway plowing and sidewalk shoveling in winter are super-prompt. We also love having the attached two-car garage. I also like the vinyl plank floors in kitchen and bathrooms and wish they extended throughout the entire apartment as our carpet is getting a little worn. We have also had great experiences with maintenance who have responded appropriately quickly and have always fixed whatever needs fixing. I do wish our kitchen was a little more modern- looking but it is not bad. I also wish the paint color was a little different but these are both minor concerns.
