Water in dishwasher backs up back into the it and sits causing a terrible smell when opened. Stool in one upper bathroom doesn't flush well at all. Air good downstairs but still warm sometimes upstairs.

The apartments are nice when u first move in it’s just over time they lose a lot of workers so it don’t be any one to fix your issues. I’m always complaining about no hot water at least are 6th time not having hot water and always check under the sink there are holes under it and they won’t board it up
