Our professional staff is ready to serve 6 days a week and maintenance service is available around the clock.

This community is absolutely beautiful and amazing. Caring and helpful staff. This place has multiple lakes and is surrounded by one of best places to eat and shop. Everything is pretty much inside 1 mile radius. I would recommend taking a tour of this community if u are planning to move. The only improvement I can think about is Gym but other than that everything is pretty cool about it.

I have a had a horrible rental experience since moving to Arizona, but Angela and Marco at San Montego apartments have completely changed that. I was nervous about making the commitment to apply given the price of application fees these days, but after seeing this property? I knew I wanted to call it home. Angela and Marco went above and beyond to help me get into the unit I desired and I am forever thankful! The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The gates provide you with security and the amenities make the price of living a little more convenient. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a new home!
