Applications are $100, non-refundable. We require that the monthly net income be three times the rental amount. We also conduct a full credit and background checks on all applicants while looking for any previous evictions, bankruptcies, or outstanding balances owed. Must have a minimum credit score of 580. This apartment will be available on October 3rd, 2025.
