As a first step, review our qualifications page to ensure you meet the rental requirements. Go to www StarrPM com tenants then click on Application Policy. We ask that you drive by the home prior to scheduling an interior viewing in order to familiarize yourself with the location and its surrounding area. To set up an appointment to view the property please contact our office Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, at (209) 227-8100. You will receive an online application link during the in-person property showing. All occupants 18 years of age or older must submit an application. The application fee is $50 per applicant and the application will remain valid in the office for 30 days if basic qualifications are met. At Starr, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. Thats why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents.
