The property has a large backyard that is peaceful and lawn care is provided with mowing every 2 weeks; other maintenance is renters responsibility along with utilities. The house feels spacious in the living areas with open concept from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are beautiful built-ins in the living room and several built-in window seats that add so much charm. The AC unit is new from 2025 and the carpeting is brand new in the bedrooms. Renter is responsible for all utilities and renters insurance. Lease terms are one year. No smoking allowed in or around property.
