This beautiful, modern four-bedroom/two-bath home in Concordia neighborhood has been thoughtfully updated for the utmost in comfortable living, offering flex spaces and plenty of privacy in the city. Enter this urban sanctuary via the living room with hardwood floors and a big picture window for plenty of natural light. Take a right into the large eat-in kitchen with lots of prep space, which leads outside to the private backyard. One bedroom on the main level has a full bath and the washer and dryer. Step down into the converted garage at the front of the house with walls of windowed doors that open fully to create an indoor/outdoor feel, ideal for our perfect PNW summers. With a walk-in shower, kitchenette, and skylights, this space could also be used as another bedroom or an office. The large family room (from the back of the kitchen) has a fireplace and could also be another bedroom, if desired, with back patio access. Near the back of the kitchen is access to the large, primary bedroom with a walk-in closet. You'll love the location with McMenamins Kennedy School nearby (free soaking zone for neighbors!). Also nearby are New Seasons, Fernhill Park, Dame, Extracto, Expatriate, Jet Black, and so much more. NOTE: Use the outdoor shed at your own risk, as it can be damp. Pet policy: Pets allowed Smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited on entire premises. Tenant pays for water/sewer, electricity, gas, and internet, and is billed back for garbage.
