GREAT LOCATION: Great neighborhood, and 5 minutes to UofL, and less than 10 minutes to downtown, the airport, or the Highlands. The home is in great condition with deck and large back yard. The home has an eat-in kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as central air/heat (Low utility bills!), washer and dryer hook-ups, and good neighbors $1,000 per month for rent, with one month’s rent required as a deposit. No application fee required. Trash pick-up is included. Tenant pays gas and electric utilities. A small dog, or cat is Ok, but must be fixed. No Application Fee. We will never ask you to wire money or request funds through a payment app on your mobile device. We also do not list our properties on Facebook Marketplace. This property is managed by a responsible landlord.
