The home has an eat-in kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as central air/heat (Low utility bills!), washer and dryer hook-ups, and good neighbors $1,000 per month for rent, with one month’s rent required as a deposit. No application fee required. Trash pick-up is included. Tenant pays gas and electric utilities. A small dog, or cat is Ok, but must be fixed. No Application Fee. We will never ask you to wire money or request funds through a payment app on your mobile device. We also do not list our properties on Facebook Marketplace.
