Property Id: 2783292 Enjoy this rustic, four-bedroom, three-bathroom, Civil War-era farmhouse just over a mile from the Princeton University campus and downtown Princeton. A short walk to Community Park Elementary, with Princeton High an easy bike ride away. Beautiful, secluded 2.25-acre grounds, with beautiful woods all around and the Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve right next door. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath, and two additional bedrooms have queen beds and share a jack-and-jill bathroom. The first floor includes a smaller bedroom/study with a twin XL bed, a third full bathroom, a very large living room with fireplace, a dining room, and an eat-in kitchen. There's window air-conditioning in every room, and a washer and dryer in the basement. The house has a large deck with a fire bowl and grill, plus an attached garage and plenty of off-street parking. And a detached tiny house on the grounds — with windows on three sides looking into nature — makes a wonderful home office or guest room. Our house sits on two and a quarter acres of sprawling lawn and 100+ year-old sugar maples, oaks, and pines. Initially built in the 1860s and expanded with a large living room and master bedroom in the 1950s, it adjoins the nature preserve, great for trail running and walking right out the back door.
