618 S Edmunds is a 2 bedroom house. First when you walk in the door is the living room. Both bedrooms are off the living room. Next is the kitchen with lots of cabinet space. Next is the bathroom with a tub shower combination. This house has a nice basement but it is not finished. The basement is where the laundry is located. The house has a large back yard with a small shed to hold lawn tools. Pet deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Tenant is responsible for all utilities which is water, sewer, and garbage through the City of Mitchell. The gas and electric supplier is NorthWestern Energy. Internet and cable is to be throuhg Midco. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
