Welcome home to this adorable rambler rental home. The location is amazing walk to park or beaches, also the ferry boat over to Anderson Island. The charming town offers a great walk to restaurants & cafe's. The home is on a lovely street with off street parking. The rambler is clean and low maintenance. Enter the living room area with lots of natural light. The nice kitchen and dining room area with a eating bar looking into the living room area is great for entertaining. The main bedroom is large and has a custom walk in closet and lovely bathroom with large shower and great space. The three other bedrooms are on the other side of the home with a full bathroom off the hallway. The home offers nice windows, good tile floors and some carpeted rooms. The storage shed in the back yard is great! Nice yard and flower beds to maintain. Residents pay all utilities.
