Backyard is NOT completely fenced in. The third bedroom, large living room and washer/dryer are in the finished basement. Home is in School District 11, was built in 1954 and is 1472 sq feet. The home does not have A/C. Owner will allow up to 2 cats. No dogs allowed. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum.
