The El Cortez Neighborhood is located just north of the University of Arizona, and is within easy biking distance of campus, as well as the 4th Ave District and Downtown. This is a very popular neighborhood for UA students and faculty, and is very convenient to everything central Tucson and Downtown has to offer. This brick ranch was recently renovated, and features a new kitchen, bathrooms, and polished concrete flooring. It also has a high efficiency central AC system, to keep the summer heat at bay.
