I’ve shared this lovely garden townhouse for almost a year and a half with my roommate, and (sadly) am looking for someone to move into my room for the remainder of the lease (May - end of August). Our home is located in the heart of mid-city, literally across the street from LACMA and just minutes away from the Grove, Fairfax, and Melrose, where they set up flea markets every Sunday for shopping and dining. We live in a garden townhouse, where the back of our home is facing a lovely courtyard filled with trees and flowers. If you are the type of person to crave some peace and quiet from the bustling city of Los Angeles, this is the perfect home to be in! (Not to mention.. very convenient- we live seconds away from our community park, cafe, and gym). Free parking is also available within our gated complex. We also have a TV that has Netflix, HBO, and literally every movie and TV show that you could possibly imagine. You will also be living with an amazing, hardworking, and down-to-earth individual, who is very easy to get along with! Garden Apartments at Park La Brea (the yellow buildings, not the Towers). This is an updated unit (hardwood floors, granite countertops, updated appliances) directly across from LACMA. It's honestly one of the best apartments I have ever lived in - spacious, centrally located, and clean. Looking for a mid-20s female roommate with a job. I will also consider room-share, but I'd prefer the people splitting the room to be women also. I will consider couples for an increased rate. I am female, early 20s. I do freelance tech work, but I also own my own business. I'm straightforward, ambitious, accepting, and I love talking to people. I watch a metric fuck-ton of TV and film, I read everything, and I avidly follow political/social issues. I'm typically only in my apartment to sleep. This is NOT a 420 or drug-friendly apartment. Drinking is great, perfect, but everything else is off the table.
