One month minimum stay required - three months preferred. Condo includes utilities, streaming TV's, and WIFI. Owner pays SDGE cap of $100/mo. All rent is prepaid. Rent and security deposit vary depending on months stayed and length of stay. $275 cleaning fee, plus $100 reservation fee. Summer pricing (June-September) is $6,500/mo.
