Elevator Building. Everything included for the perfect stay - just bring your suitcase and sunscreen. 2 queen beds with in unit laundry, and under ground parking. One month minimum stay required - three months preferred. Condo includes utilities, streaming TV's, and WIFI. Owner pays SDGE cap of $100/mo. All rent is prepaid. Rent and security deposit vary depending on months stayed and length of stay. $275 cleaning fee, plus $100 reservation fee. Summer pricing (June-September) is $6,500/mo. Pricing for 2027 will increase by $150 per month. Call for availability.
