Great location and stay for price. You really can't beat it and I'll stay here again. But it was pretty dark, they've added a lot of light in the photo. See my photo attached. Great rooftop community room with indoor and outdoor ares that we never saw anyone in that made up for it. It was like you had your own e tra apartment with a rooftop patio. Would be great for groups. We spent a lot of time there. Sunset pic is from there but you can see downtown too. Great gym. Fairly quiet. Except i could not sleep with the window open bc the ac unit outside is way too loud. Single female and felt safe walking to/from dinner in The North Loop. I got a ride share when coming from downtown at night but it still saved me money. A ciderery, a bar, and a brewery all next door. Very walkable and busable to all of Minneapolis.

I had an amazing time at The Palmer! The management team, especially Ashley, was incredible. Ashley was always clear and straight to the point, making the experience smooth. The maintenance team was also fantastic, always there to fix any issues in the apartment. Overall, a great experience!
