This is a great one in South Kansas City. Located just a block off Wornall between Ward Parkway and 435. Easy access in a very nice neighborhood. Private one-car garage. Minimum term is one year for unfurnished properties and three months for fully furnished units. Unless otherwise posted in this listing the security deposit shall be equal to one moths rent.
