This unit is available for in person tours. Photos and video walkthrough are located in the Guardian Property Management website, the photo and video were taken before our current tenant moved in. We are looking for an 18 month lease to start, option to renew at that time if desired. The home is located in a great neighborhood in Southwest Minneapolis close to Hwy 62 and Xerxes ave S and is ready for move in anytime late June/July. Walking into the home you will find your living room which features hardwood floors and a large west facing window. Through the living room you have two bedrooms which both are about the same size and a full bathroom. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and gas stove. Off the kitchen you fill find the side door and the stairs to the basement. The basement is finished providing a second living space. There is also a second bathroom as well as laundry and storage area down stairs ass well. Primary bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the home and is very spacious. It has storage space as well as a full closet. Basement features family room, laundry room and 3/4 bath. The back yard of the home is especially attractive, it is very spacious and feels very private. You also have a one car garage and plenty of space to plant plants or garden. You are responsible for Gas, Electric, and w/s/t. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
