There is a large TV and gas fireplace in the living room, and a fully furnished kitchen as well. Utilities are not included but trash and internet are included in the rental price. The house has two male roommates who are 30+ years old and quiet, one of whom is gone a majority of the time. There are no pets on the property. This property has multiple parks in the neighborhood, walking-distance restaurants and gyms, and has easy, quick access to the Powers corridor.
