The bathroom has a chair height toilet and a vanity 26 inches wide and new tub and surround. There are all new light fixtures, including 3 ceiling fans. The front porch has been painted and the back porch will be painted when weather permits. There is a room in the basement with washer and dryer hookups just for you. This is only $700 for a huge 1 bed unit of about 700 sq. feet. You pay all utilities. The location is 57 Gunckel, Dayton, OH, in Walnut Hills. Our requirements are: A one-year lease, no evictions or felonies in the past 5 years, and the household makes at least 3x the monthly rent. A $50 application fee per adult.
