This property was originally listed on Airbnb with 50 reviews and an average 5 star rating, we recently decided to offer it for long-term rental. This furnished property is perfectly located in the heart of Tarzana - short walking distance from Ventura Blvd, as well as shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks and a supermarket. There's a safe walking/jogging/biking path close by. It's central location is a short drive to Westfield Topanga mall and The Village, as well as many other popular destinations. The property includes everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible - towels and bedding are included. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates and any utensil you'll need. Central air conditioning, laundry machines, Wifi, and keyless entry are included as well. The fence around the property provides privacy and security, with secure parking for more than one car. The front yard is nicely set-up for outdoor meals or relaxing in front of the firepit. If you're planning to attend school in the area - it's within the catchment of Tarzana Elementary School (short walk) and Portola Middle School (and Highly Gifted Magnet). And Pierce College is nearby as well. We accept people from every background - all ethnicities, races, religions and colors. We are all just shades of color afterall ;) We hope that those who stay with us are like-minded return the trust we have in them.
