MOVE-IN FUNDS: First month's rent plus any fees, a security deposit equal to 1.5x the rent and a one time lease preparation fee of $150. A $50 non-refundable application fee is due when you apply. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must make a minimum 2.5x the monthly rent amount in gross income.
