Wanted to wait a month before writing a review but here goes.
Apartment: Huge apartment; Tons of storage; Walls, floors, carpets, faucets, cabinets, A/C, fridge in top condition; Blinds could be nicer, but honestly, I have never used them since the views are so amazing; Apartment doesn't have a microwave, but you can easily buy one from Amazon/Walmart; Walls seem thick enough since I play loud music and none of the neighbors have complained; Cooling and heating works very well; Windows open only a few inches, not a bad thing though; The apartment could have a balcony but not too bad without.
Overall Apartment Rating 10/10.
Complex: Common spaces/corridors look and feel luxurious, but not fancy, still not a bad thing; Someone is always at the front desk to provide help and they are very resourceful, more on the staff later; Lot of common area seating options which are quiet and comfortable to get work done; There are 2 outdoor areas, one of them have a barbecue too, never visited them but they seem nice to walk and have fresh air without stepping outside; There is a trash chute on each floor which is pretty convenient, for bigger trash there is a spot outside the complex; I don't have parking but I have seen the building and it's quite nice; Complex could have a free gym/pool but I think those are the luxuries which you can choose to subscribe to; Location is fantastic, you can find most things within a 10-15 minute walk, millions of eating/drinking options, if you could pick PT and drop it next to the river, it would be the best thing ever; Rent-wise, it is a steal for whatever is offered and not having free gym helps in that case since it is there if you want to pay extra and subscribe to, but for those who don't use it, it helps having a lower rent.
Overall Complex Rating 10/10.
Hospitality: There is always a guard outside the front entrance for basic issues/needs; Like mentioned before, there is someone at the desk 24/7 who are sweet and resourceful; The package room usually has 1-3 people inside who are kind and extremely helpful, open timings could be better but no complaints; All agents in the leasing office are very prompt and helpful, I know since I visit frequently to meet my good friend Lis who deserves a special mention; I connected with Lis (over the phone from Texas) when I was figuring out which apartment I could sign for based on the views I wanted, he was nice enough to check the layouts, tell me and then to go up to the place and send me a narrated tour video, he also helped bring things I had sent to the complex before moving in up to my apartment, proactively, and now that I have moved in, we keep in touch and hang out every now and then.
Overall Hospitality Rating 10/10.

Very good. Very nice. They carried my 65inch tv up there and set it up for free and they set my bed frame up too. Very poggers
I have lived in the Presidential Towers for just about one year now, and have just renewed my lease for another year. I live in Tower three. Overall, my experience has been quite positive. I live on the 44th floor of a skyscraper, have a wonderful north side view, and have the thrill of watching the severe thunderstorms roll in almost 50 stories from the street, which is always a thrill. I am glad to only pay about $1500/month with minimal utility fees for this. I cannot afford the parking fee, so I don’t have a car, but I have extensive access to the CTA, which is better than driving anyway. Chicago has world class public transportation, so I take advantage of it.
My unit itself is a little more basic than what I would like, but there are renovated ones available. I wish I had more modern appliances and a dishwasher, but I can easily live without it. Another flaw is the lack of kitchen space, which can make cooking a challenge, but that is not abnormal for a studio or 1BR unit so I am managing. Other than that, I am happy to call it home.
There are a few other minor dissatisfactions. I don’t like how the package room closes at 7 p.m. on weekdays and even earlier on weekends. I am actually a FedEx Ground driver myself, so I work long days. I often cannot make it back on time to retrieve my package unless they put it in one of the lockers, which are accessible at all hours. But I think LuxerOne dictates the hours, not Presidential Towers.
Not having in-unit laundry can be frustrating at times, especially if you have to haul three loads down to the lobby. For the first six months, at least ten washers and dryer were out of service and nobody came to fix them. I finally had to go to the management office and report that twice. It was frustrating because I often had to pull peoples, clothes out of a washer or dryer (some people leave it in for hours) so I could do my laundry, However, the situation is fixed now, and when a machine breaks down, they promptly place a work order.
I would like them to decrease the rents just a little bit. Maybe by $100 or $150. The reason I say that is because there are some more luxurious units in the loop that are a bit cheaper. I would not call these luxury apartments; they are too basic (but again, I don’t live in a renovated unit). I think lowering the rent just slightly would be appropriate, but that is just my opinion.
Aside from the few very minor drawbacks, my experience has been very good I would give it a 4.3 out of 5. The maintenance staff is helpful, the security crew is always polite and will greet you, the property is clean and well-kept, and the location is wonderful.

I recently toured Presidential Towers and had a great experience. My tour guide Matt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions thoroughly and addressed any concerns I had about the place. The apartments themself were reasonably priced, spacious and had great views. Unfortunately, the commute to my workplace ended up being a bit too long for me, so I didn't end up applying. However, if you're looking for a place in West Loop, I highly recommend checking out Presidential Towers!
I recently had the privilege of being a resident at Presidential Towers for two years, and words cannot express the sheer delight and satisfaction I experienced during my time there.
First and foremost, the staff at Presidential Towers deserves the highest praise. Their warm, friendly, and professional demeanor made me feel incredibly welcome from day one. Everyone from Tower Manager Ericka Hale, Leasing Manager Jackie Mehmeti, Leasing Agent Thomas O' Brien, Head of Maintenance and Security Fadi Milan. They were always attentive, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns I had, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their commitment to providing exceptional service truly sets Presidential Towers apart.
I cannot emphasize enough how much I cherished my time at Presidential Towers. It is a place where luxury, comfort, and convenience seamlessly blend together to create an unparalleled residential experience. From the exceptional staff to the breathtaking amenities and prime location, every aspect of this establishment exceeded my expectations.

Just moving in after a long drive from Boston, we couldn’t have been happier with the reception. The front doorman was exceptionally helpful guiding us to where to park the car before our loading dock was open and in many other ways. They are lucky to have him. I forgot his first name but a man that has seen a lot of Bears games. Dominique was amazing as well. I was impressed at how well she handled all the tenant coming through. Bright and upbeat she handled our paperwork most efficiently and gave us a bunch of good suggestions. The front desk was also very quick to straighten out the freight elevator issue we had. The only issue during our whole experience was the response during the initial leasing. It would help to be more communicative. For a complex this size, I am sure you could set a group to streamline the processes.
