A 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom first floor condominium at "The Lexington" subdivision in Wheeling. Great community, great location and close to stores! Community amenities includes 2 pools, clubhouse, playground, and tennis court all within minutes, super walkable. Unit includes fireplace, hardwood floors, plenty of storage with walk-in closet, washer and dryer in unit, large private indoor garage and patio. No dogs or cats allowed, but small pets okay! Application Screening Criteria: 1. Each applicant may demonstrate a history of meeting prior lease or mortgage obligations and leaving any prior rented properties in good order. Significant adverse rental history may disqualify an applicant or require additional payment security, such as a cosigner or additional applicant deposit. Minimum of 2 year rental history required. 2. Wages, assets, or subsidy assistance are accepted as evidence of ability to pay rent. If household income does not meet at least 2.5x the monthly rent amount, a guarantor or additional security deposit may be needed. Applicants should include 2 pay stubs and bank statements from the past 90 days with their application. Verification of taxes may be required. 3.
