About 5445 Hawthorne Drive
I have a room to rent in my home in Indianapolis IN - 56th Street and Kessler on the Northeast side of Indy. It’s a quiet area with most of the other homeowners retired or older (I'm actually the youngest homeowner in the neighborhood). The room is unfurnished and ready for your belongings. In addition to the room available, you would have the entire upstairs to yourself which includes a very spacious full bathroom and one extra bedroom which you could use as a home office (totally up to you!). Amenities include; typical water, electricity, etc.., fastest internet available, wifi, washer and dryer, and various TV's etc in the common areas. All utilities are included in the monthly rent which would be $500 (subject to change based on lease terms and length). My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, professional, a good human being, and not too noisy. Some background about me: I am a 27 year old Caucasian male who is a business professional for a large software company in Indianapolis. My hobbies include listening to music, cooking, automobile racing, and the outdoors. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.
