Presence of Other Animals Tenants acknowledge they have been informed that dogs and/or other animals reside at neighboring units and use the shared yard. Responsibility for Tenant’s Animals Any dog or animal belonging to a tenant must remain supervised and under control at all times while in the shared yard.
