Hi there. This is a true GUEST HOUSE house located in one of the historical areas of Oxnard. The main house was built in 1910. The guest house was built in the late 1940's. It is not attached to the main house. It is upstairs via a set of open wooden stairs. It is lovely and has been totally renovated. It is the size of a vintage 1 bedroom apartment. There is a laundry room below for which there is no charge. I have extra storage on the property available for which there is no charge. There is a Meyer Lemon Street in the yard and the neighbor's 100 year old Avocado tree hangs into our yard so we may pick the ones hanging into our yard. The only utility you need to put in your name and pay for is Edison. All of the other utilities are included in the rent: Water, Sewer, Trash and Gas. Please let me know if you have any questions. Hi there. Internet and Utilities are included in the rent which includes: Internet, Water, Electricity, Gas, Sewer and Trash. We have just hired a housekeeping service and the cost is an additional $15.00 per week. They come every 2 weeks. This is a room for rent in my lovely 1911 renovated home in the Historical District of Oxnard with full house privileges including access to both bathrooms (which are shared) as well as free laundry and free Extra Storage. The house is furnished. Tenant provides their own bed. I have small tables, chairs and lamps to loan if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything and then some, all for the tenant's use. There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the house or anywhere on the property grounds and the same goes for vaping. I do not allow overnight guests and there is no exception whatsoever on that. No pets are allowed. Free laundry and free extra storage (as long as it is not an entire storage locker full of stuff.) We just hired a cleaning service which will come and clean all of the common areas of the house every two weeks. There is an extra fee of 15 per week for the service. We have a lemon tree and access to avocados as the neighbor's tree hangs into our yard. Please reach out with any questions. I own the house. Thank you.

I have a large room coming up for rent in my renovated 1911 Craftsman home in the Historical District of Oxnard. All utilities are included in the rent as well as wireless internet and a housekeeper who cleans the common areas once a week, usually on Wednesdays. You have full use of the home including the bathrooms, the kitchen and all of the common areas. You may use all of the kitchen appliances and dishes. We even have crystal stemware. The room has a huge walk in closet with a large original 1911 built in dresser, tons of hanging space, storage and even a window that opens. The room is the largest room in the house. I also have a gorgeous fully furnished room available in my house. I will allow one cat if the cat is kept in the bedroom. There is a pet deposit if you have a cat. Hi there. I have a gorgeous furnished room for rent in my large 1911 Home in the Historical District of Oxnard. The rent includes all utilities, wireless internet, and a cleaning service one a week, usually on Wednesdays. The clean all of the common areas of the home. I am only looking for one person. One cat is ok if he or she is kept in the bedroom and not allowed in the other areas of the home. I also have an unfurnished room coming up for rent as well which is $1,095. You will have full use of all of the common areas including the laundry room, kitchen, both bathrooms, living room, dining room, etc. I have a little bit of extra storage available which is free. I could go on and on, however, I will let the pictures tell the story. I have many more photos of the inside of the house (the common areas) available if you would like to see them. The rest of the home is also gorgeous and beautifully appointed. There is some street noise that can be heard in the furnished bedroom and in other parts of the home.
