Description: This is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the 1st floor of a duplex, centrally located on the border of Shadyside, Bloomfield, and Oakland, close to tons of shopping, restaurants, activities, and colleges/universities (Pitt, Carnegie Mellon/CMU). It features hardwood floors, many windows for natural light, decorative fireplaces, dishwasher, off-street parking (1-car garage and back parking pad), rear balcony, and laundry hookups in the basement (tenant may use laundry machine(s) if they exist in property; landlord not responsible for repairs/replacement). Lease term: Lease will end 7/31/2027 (with potential for renewal). Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for gas, electric, trash and $175/month toward water/sewer. Tenant is responsible for lawn/shrubbery care, and snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets. Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $55 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually.
