Prime location; a block from Target and many of the Limestone Street eateries, all within walking distance. Close to student Center and Activity Center on corner of Euclid and S. Limestone. Directly across from Cane's. There are restaurants on the bottom floor of the complex, as well as a convenience store. One designated parking spot on 3 floor parking garage, with a second based on availability on 3 floor, more likely on 4th floor. Several security cameras and limited entry into the building via security code. Parking is enforced by 3rd party Security company. Prefer no pets' but dogs will be allowed as long as tenant satisfies pet registration in advance required by the Center Court Home Owners association. Main area and kitchen furniture shown in photos can be used by Tenant. The vacating tenant also has some furniture for sale if interested. Because Center Court is in a complex of permanent residents and students, Prefer Graduate Student's, professionals, or Visiting Professors. Undergraduates, however are not excluded. This is not a every night party house. Do not apply if not going to be respectful of fellow complex residents. Credit and background check required. $55 dollar fee charged by Turbotenant, Landlord associated with that fee. Occupants responsible for all utilities. 2 BR units in this building rent for 2200-2700. Discounting because it's late in the rental season. Tenants were going to stay through 2027 but life circumstances changes. Good Landlord. Previous Tenants stayed for 7 years. Before that 2-3 years.
