Recently built, zero-entry, ground-floor-only, three-bedroom, two-bath townhome with an attached two-car garage is now available for rent in Northeast Wichita, near East 53rd Street North & Hillside, as well as Wichita Heights High School. Rent is $1,325 per month with a $1,300 security deposit. The deposit is due at lease signing and rent is due at move-in. A minimum one-year lease is required. The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $3,975. This zero-entry ground-floor-only townhome has concrete flooring throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with hookups available for a washer and dryer. A full bathroom is located off the hallway. The main bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and trash service. Lawn care is provided. No smoking is permitted. This unit is and we do not accept third-party financial assistance payments. There is a $45 application fee per person age 18 or older. Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300.
