Move-In date 3/1/2026 Looking for a roommate to share a 1,280 sq. ft. home located on a peaceful cul-de-sac. This house includes fresh interior paint, new carpet, and a spacious, bright living room and upgraded windows. The remodeled kitchen boasts quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and includes a refrigerator, gas stovetop, and wall oven, along with ample cabinet storage and convenient laundry access with a side-by-side washer and dryer. The open dining area and family room overlook a large backyard, which features mature fruit trees and a covered patio, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Rent is $1,200 per month which does include utilities. Full bathroom with modern finishes. This room does come with garage parking and a private entrance to the room. Terms: -Renter must pay the 1st of the month no exceptions. -Deposit of $1200. -Background/Credit check will be required prior to signing lease. Renter MUST pay $38 for background/credit check non-refundable. -all utilities included (electric, water, trash, gas, WiFi, and landscaping). -No smoking inside, no loud noises after 10pm, large gatherings of 5 or more must be approved by landlord, any changes or alterations of shared spaces must be approved by landlord. Any damages caused by tenants guest will be taken out of security deposit. IF no damages are caused security deposit will be returned in full.
