My neighbors and I all look out for each other. I am a young, 50-something year old woman. I love this home and consider some of my neighbors as family! The bedroom measures 10' by 11.5' with a generous 68" x 30" closet. There is a large kitchen and living room. Also a dining room, washer, drier, and pantry. Central air. It is fairly well furnished. Nice, big backyard with a large deck. Newly installed rain barrels will reduce the water bill! A patio, and drought tolerant landscaping, will be installed in the both front and back yards during an April time frame. If you are willing to do semi-monthly yard work, your rent could be as low as $925 plus all utilities and a $600 deposit. There are five fixed feral cats (fed 2x day) in and around the backyard. I would be grateful if you could help with their feeding even if just occasionally. I have an indoor pet cat that I care for. Thickly worn perfumes, colognes, essential oils, and other room deodorizers cannot be used tolerated due to fragrance allergies. Lightly fragranced items are ok.
