Date available is March15th, 2026. Rent is $1,900/month including basic garbage. Renters are responsible for other utilities. Renters are responsible for some yard upkeep as stated in lease agreement. $1,900 security deposit is required. Our Open Application Period following Portland Fair Housing Requirements begins on February 15th 2026 at noon. Please refrain from applying prior. To reserve the property after you are accepted we ask for payment of half the security deposit. The first month's rent will be prorated.
