Wonderful place to live - the apartments are only 400sqft but a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and really nice cabinet finishes are some great perks of The Dover. It's literally right next to I-40 but surprisingly quiet when you're inside the apartment. Management is attentive and with every appliance being brand new, there have been very few maintenance issues.

I've been here almost 2 years, never seen a rat, never had my car broken into so I was quite surprised to see that in a review. The HVAC in each apartment shares a condenser (as with most homes you can't run air conditioning in your living room while running heat in the room next door.) My electric bill runs about $100 every month. Next to i-40, near restaurants and grocery, 2 blocks from a bus line, 2.8 miles from downtown, fair rates.
