523 W 2nd is a large 3 bedroom house with all the living space on the main floor. First when you walk into the house, you enter the living room which is very large and has lots of natural lighting. On the west side of the living room is access to two bedrooms, each bedroom is a good size is a sizable closet. Next is a small hallway which leads to the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is a good size, with a tub shower combination and a linen closet inset in the wall. The kitchen has lots of cabinets space. Next is the formal dining room with a large closet for storage. Next is a hallway which leads to the third bedroom, laundry room and a very large back entry way. Pet deposit is $750 with pet rent per animal of $25. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric through NorthWestern Energy. Tenant is also responsible for water, sewer and garbage through the City of Mitchell. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
