Photos, video, and application are located on the Guardian Property Management website. 22-24 month lease to start, with option to renew at that time if desired. Walking in from the front door you have your living room with fireplace, through that is the kitchen are with room for dining and walk out to the back. Laundry, garage access, and powder room is also on the main. Upstairs you will find the primary with tub, shower, and walk in. The Office which can also be used at the 3rd bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and full bath. Downstairs you will a fully finished basement a large 3rd bedroom (or office). Family room, 3/4th bath, and utility room. As a tenant are are responsible for Gas, Electric, and water/sewer. Trash, Lawn, and Snow are paid for the owner. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
