This one-bedroom, one-bath, 540sqft. apartment is located in The Piazza Park Apartment Community, a quaint apartment community consisting of twenty-two total apartments located just off of Lee Road & Edgewater Drive. The apartment features stainless steel appliances including the refrigerator, range and range hood, upgraded plumbing and lighting fixtures throughout, along with plenty of cabinet storage and counter top space and tile flooring throughout the home. The living area and bedroom are spacious with plenty of natural light and the bedroom contains a walk-in closet. The community features on-site laundry, ample parking and a location that is just minutes to major roadways including I-4, Edgewater Drive, Maitland Blvd, 434, Lee Road, 17-92, public transportation, shopping, dining & entertainment. Innovative Realty residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (rbp) for $30/month which includes renters' insurance, our best-in-class resident rewards program and much more. An admin fee of $195 will be due at move-in. Please note, we cannot offer Utilities Management or HVAC filter delivery at Piazza Park Apartments, so the package price is a total of $30/month. We're happy to allow pets in this property, though we cannot allow more than two pets and they must be under 50 pounds. Our pet fee includes a $200 refundable deposit and a $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Sorry, no aggressive breeds. We run a comprehensive check of your criminal background, credit history, rental history. While we look at everything on a case by case basis, if you have certain prior felonies or any evictions your application may be denied.
