One of the 2 bedrooms is on the 3rd floor bedroom with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen features a new high BTU stove, disposal, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and oak cabinets with porcelain counters. There is a full size private laundry in the unit. It has new windows and has been professionally insulated. We provide a window air conditioning unit. Tenants pay electric only. It is electrically heated. Landlord pays water, sewage & trash. Parking is on-street. Our company bought this property in 2011 and thoroughly renovated it. Located in Upper Lawrenceville, it is approximately 3 miles from downtown. This property is within walking distance to a number of great restaurants, bars, and shops on Butler Street. This property does not have off-street parking, but it is typically not difficult to park on street. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. We require proof of vaccinations and licenses (for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
