Utilities are all set-up by landlord, but billed to tenant based on percentage of square feet with the other unit (This is the back unit of a duplex).QUALIFICATIONS AND TERMS: 1) Minimum 1-year lease. Pets allowed with owner approval and $35/month pet rent. 2) Rental applications and fees are required for all occupants over 18.
