The lady in the office, Danielle, was not only incredibly friendly but also a total foodie, which made our conversation so enjoyable. She had a wealth of knowledge about the apartment amenities and local businesses, which was extremely helpful as I'm new to the area. The property itself is stunning. As a parent, it's crucial for me to have all the information about an area before moving with my family, and the lady in the office made sure to provide all the necessary details, making the whole experience feel personalized and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly environment, great customer service, and a beautiful place to call home.

Hanover Southampton is a great place to live. The location is in the heart of the Rice University area so it's walkable to many restaurants, bars and museums. Service is great. Elizabeth, the manage, is extremely kind and takes care of all the residents needs. Finally, I need to shout out the concierges who are available 24/7. I feel so lucky to live at such a special spot and highly, highly recommend this building to people interested
