Wired for Google Fiber already! Good sized fenced in backyard with 2 raised garden beds waiting for spring. Flower gardens front and back have mature Hostas, Salvia and Peonies that will bloom like crazy in May. Great results growing both veggies and flowers in these gardens. Fantastic shade out front. Have I mentioned the neighbors are awesome? We have loved this home, and are sorry to leave it, but after being here for 3.5 years we have finally purchased our own house, and are looking for a new tenant to take our place. The Landlord is great ? very responsive, friendly and fair. He has a home warranty on the house which means we?ve never had to wait for repairs to be made. The house is well maintained, and lovingly cared for. Note: this is not a sublet, the lease would be with KC Home Rental (https kchomerental.net/).
