Kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and large pantry. Living room and kitchen have hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling and a propane fireplace. The fenced back yard has a deck with mountain view. Master bedroom has a huge closet with built in shelving, master bath has double sinks, a tile walk-in shower and water closet. Laundry room with washer/dryer included, a utility sink, and storage cabinets. 2 car garage with electric opener. There is a shed in the side yard and space to park a boat or RV. This home is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. Rent includes sewer and yard care. Tenants are responsible for water, electricity, and garbage. Pets possible on a case by case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $25/month in pet rent. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, responsible, long term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price.
