There's a laundry room with washer and dryer (provided as-is) and 2 car garage with electric opener. Heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. The backyard is fully fenced and has a covered South facing patio. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Yard care is included. One small dog possible on a case-by-case basis with $500 additional deposit and $50/month in pet rent. First and last month rent and $1,900 security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, non-smoking/vaping, responsible tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verifiable monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
