A maximum of two (2) pets are permitted per household. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet is required prior to move-in. All pets are subject to approval and must comply with the property's pet guidelines. Application Fee: $45 per applicant (18 years and older) Refundable Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent (if qualified) Important Notes: Applications submitted without payment will not be processed. A property is not considered reserved until funds have been collected. Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted. Holding Period: Once an application has been approved, applicant will have 24 hours to decide if they want to move forward with the property. A property is not considered reserved and/or secured for the applicant until funds have been received. A property can be held up to seven days for the applicant after funds have been received. Approved applicants may be required to pay a holding fee equal to 25% of one month's rent. The fee will hold the property for up to 7 days from the date of approval while rental documents are completed and move-in arrangements are finalized.
