Property will be available for early August 2026 move in. Fantastic home with attractive curb appeal showcasing two large oak trees and has been very well maintained! The home is spacious and features a flexible floor plan. The main level contains the living room, kitchen with dining area, half bath and laundry. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout living area and tile in kitchen. There are tons of windows that line the home and bring in an abundance of natural light throughout. The upper level contains the primary bedroom/bath and good size secondary bedrooms. Great neighborhood with two community pools and within close proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment and more! No cats allowed. Only small dogs permitted. Please reach out for the minimum qualifications to apply. No credit scores under 550 accepted.
