Fantastic gem in spectacular pocket, centrally located to everything! This house is located in Goodwyn Heights, a tight knit neighborhood near Midtown, the Liberty Bowl, and Chickasaw that’s quiet, nearly no traffic, and has been recently remodeled. The neighbors have a monthly happy hour, and it’s truly a hidden gem in a pocket no one knows about. You would be renting from a small local landlord that’s easy to contact, whether it’s a text or call, and no hassles. The kitchen renovation includes new appliances (new refrigerator not pictured, but is on the way), cabinets, countertops, kitchen floor, and large bar looking into the dining room. The whole house interior has been freshly repainted also! (Please excuse the switch plates that weren’t put back on at the time of pictures, they are being replaced). The best feature of this house is the large fenced yard, and the lawn care is included with rent. A great place for dogs as we are pet friendly. Also included is the alarm and camera system with landlord paid monitoring (you just change the account to your contact info), washer and dryer. A high efficiency HVAC was recently installed with new ducting, which ensures low energy bills. We love pets, so bring them with you to the showing. Pets are on a case by case basis, proof of vaccination and vet prescribed flea and tick prevention, and an in person meeting is required. The fenced yard is great for a dog to run in and while we cover the lawn, it’s your job to pick up the poop (or we can put you in touch with a weekly service that comes by to do it). We require a credit and background check, and look at previous rental history. Please only apply if you have good, verifiable references. Previous tenants have been St Jude researchers, med students, professionals, and everyone tends to stay a while. Please reach out to schedule a showing if you’re interested! House is ready for move in, and we will have the floors polished the day before the new tenant gets the keys.
