The 9’ wide multi-panel sliding door off of the living room offers the best in indoor/outdoor living as a gateway to a large private patio with outdoor dining table and Weber gas BBQ grill. Your kitchen is fully equipped with 4 comfortable counter stools around the peninsula countertop, gas range, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and cookware, dishes, glasses and basic spices. All utilities are included: Electric, gas, water, trash, high-speed internet, A/C Washer/dryer in the garage. Detergent is provided. Free garage parking is provided for 1 regular sized vehicle. Pick-up trucks and large SUVs may not park in the garage. There is also free street parking. There is a $200 cleaning fee due up front for a final cleaning upon move-out. Light housekeeping service is included in the rent on a bi-weekly basis on a day agreed upon by the tenant. This mid-stay cleaning does not include laundry service. Additional amenities include: two beach cruisers, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and a beach wagon to tote your stuff to the sand. 1+ MONTH LEASE ONLY.
